How to use
1. Go to the corresponding lounge and present the updated e-ticket on the booking page along with a valid boarding pass for the day. Lounges before security also require valid flight information for the day.
2. For same-day use, the QR code will be sent within 5-10 minutes. For non-same-day use, the QR code will be issued around 6 PM the night before your trip. Contact the supplier's customer support in advance for special requests.
3. Only one QR code is needed for multiple people (merged within).
Change & cancellation policies

The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note
- 1. Lounge staff will check your passport, boarding pass and e-voucher, and verify that the name in English is correct before redemption. Therefore, please provide the exact name in English as shown on your flight ticket or boarding pass when placing the booking. (The lounge must be used with the boarding pass on the day of departure.)
- 2. The lounge operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If the lounge is full, please wait patiently in line. [If you're concerned about overcrowding, you may place your booking on-site (tickets will be issued within 5-10 minutes).]
- 3. Most VIP lounges are located airside. If you have a request to check in early to access the lounge, please contact your airline for early check-in arrangements as we are unable to provide this information.
- 4. The lounge is purchased with real names and cannot be refunded or changed after the ticket is issued. Please acknowledge the above information. Your purchase will be deemed as acceptance of these terms. Thank you for your understanding!
