Gaomei Wetland is located in Taichung, with a small area. It also has muddy and sandy beaches, tidal streams, grassy marshes and other habitats. There are many kinds of biodiversity here. Every winter, a large number of migratory birds come here to escape the cold and spend the winter. It is one of the scenic spots of Gaomei Wetland. . When you arrive at Gaomei Wetland, you will see two rows of huge wind turbines. The huge blades are turning in the wind, which is very spectacular. The environment-friendly power generation mode meets the wetland landscape, and a new beauty is born unexpectedly. When the sun sets, these giants stand on the horizon and are reflected on the tidal flat water to form silhouettes, blending with the orange, pink, and purple gradient sky. The beauty can only be experienced when you come to the Gaomei Wetland. In the shallow water on the mudflat, take off your shoes and roll up your trousers and step into this silt. There is no sticky foot and no odor. Occasionally, there will be muddy water splashing on the instep, which can basically keep your feet clean. In addition to migratory birds, there are many fish, crabs and other creatures in the wetland. In the "Chaoxi Area", you can observe the birth and hatching of migratory fish. coexist. If you like cycling, you might as well ride along the Gaomei Bicycle Trail from the seawall to the wetlands. Although the lane is relatively simple, it is flat and not difficult to ride. Don't rush to leave after sunset, wait for 30 minutes Left or right, the coastal road next to the windmill will start to light up the street lights. The windmills became the protagonists again, with little yellow light extending under their feet, reflecting on the water, which is not inferior to the scenery.Taichung · 23.9km from downtown

It is the largest and most famous tourist night market in the area. There are many innovative snacks in Fengjia Night Market, such as takoyaki, large intestine wrapped in small intestine, crepes, iced candied haws, lazy shrimp, kumquat lemon juice, and fried noodles and bread, all of which originated here. The consumption of Fengjia Night Market is popular throughout Taiwan with its "small bowl" characteristics. The 40 yuan bento and 50 yuan ramen are very substantial in terms of ingredients and soup. The Baxianshan Forest Recreation Area was once one of Taiwan's three largest forestry sites. According to historical records, the mountain was discovered in 1911 and named "Baxianshan" (Eight Immortals) due to its elevation of approximately 2,410 meters. Forestry exploitation began in 1917, and the former sawmill has now been converted into the Baxianshan Forest Recreation Area. The Basianshan National Forest Recreation Area is surrounded by mountains, and from its summit, one can overlook the endless expanse of Yushan, Nenggaoshan, and Qilaishan. Lush forests and abundant birdlife abound within the mountains. The moisture and plants within the forest combine to emit abundant anions and phytoncides, beneficial to human health. For those living in the city, a refreshing breath of nature is in order. Within the park, the Shiwen and Jiabao Rivers converge. These rivers, originating from deep forests, are strewn with rocks and rapids, creating a unique landscape known as "Taiwan's Two Famous Springs." Basianshan's breathtaking scenery is truly captivating, making it an ideal destination for hiking, forest bathing, birdwatching, and a relaxing getaway. In addition to its captivating natural scenery, the amusement park boasts a wealth of attractions. Three forest-bathing trails have been specially designed for this purpose. The "Mengzong Bamboo Forest - Shrine and Elementary School Ruins" route takes visitors to a monument listed as one of Taiwan's Eight Scenic Spots, the ruins of the shrine, and Jinghai Temple, offering glimpses of its former prosperity. Along the way, visitors will find a vast, secluded bamboo forest and giant nanmu trees. The trailhead for Baxianshan is also unique here. The other two trails, "Shiwen Creek - Upstream" and "Downhill Stairs - Dam Area," follow the stream, offering refreshing waterside trails perfect for summer.Taichung · 32.6km from downtown

Dakeng Scenic Area is located in Beitun District, Taichung City, known as "Yangming Mountain in Taichung City". There are six natural creeks in the area, including Dakeng Stream, Zhuoshuikeng Stream, Qingshuikeng Stream, Hengkeng Stream, Beikeng Stream and Buzikeng Stream. Although it is only 850 meters above sea level, due to the fact that it is a water conservation forest, coupled with the steep terrain and little human development, the original style is charming. The mountain building movement of the two ice ages in ancient times gave birth to the rich natural resources of Dakeng Scenic Area. Taichung City Government has opened 8 hiking trails here. Combined with leisure attractions such as the Zhongzheng Camping Area and Physical Fitness Center, it is a popular destination in Taichung City. I really love Fengjia Night Market, the largest in Taichung. It's incredibly lively at night, offering a wide variety of Taiwanese snacks to see and taste, all at reasonable prices. Just be careful not to overeat. Red-billed streams, birds chirping, fragrant grasses. Rhinoceros horns, happy to try their plumpness. Where did you return from your southern journey? A slightly sour taste helps with your new makeup. Where do you come from?

Baxianshan National Forest Park is one of the rare tourist attractions with many toilets, so you don’t have to worry about emergency toilet breaks. It takes eight hours to climb the main peak and back. It is recommended that you need to pay attention to your time and have complete mountaineering equipment, especially shoes. For someone who doesn’t often climb mountains, it is very steep. The ascent is okay, but the descent is very difficult. But the fresh air and beautiful scenery make it worth a visit.

In fact, it is quite big. Although only part of it is open now, it is recommended to listen to the tour guide, otherwise you will just walk around and look at the flowers. Most of them have been repaired and rebuilt very well. It is easy to take pictures and rent clothes. It has a very historical and cultural atmosphere.
