We had a great time on our guided tour from Madrid to Salamanca and Avila. Our guide, Costas was patient and knowledgeable. I like all the detailed information he provided at each stop. We enjoyed all the stories and legends he shared with us. I learned so much more history about Spain! Ignacio our driver was a very competent driver. He was calm, patient, and always driving the speed limit. I highly recommend this tour!!

Interesting to see the aging process of the ham and the different products made. Was a bit monotonous after seeing the first couple of rooms of hanging hams. The tasting at the end was good with quite a good selection of products to try.
