Reviews: From Brussels: Guided Day Trip to Bruges and Ghent

The city of Bruges is wonderful and worth a whole day there. We went to Ghent afterwards, but it was a very quick trip and we didn't get to enjoy it much.

Reviews: 1-day tour of Ghent + Bruges in Belgium|Tale of Two Flemish Cities|Brussels round-trip

Our tour guide, Maria, was incredibly dedicated. Her bilingual (English and Spanish) explanations were detailed and engaging. She even found me a travel companion and coordinated seating arrangements for me, a solo traveler – she was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. When we were 5 minutes late for the final meeting, she didn't scold us at all, and while waiting for us, she introduced the sights to the other group members to buy time. I was truly touched! Thank you, Maria, for your care and for making this a wonderful and unforgettable trip. Being part of a large group didn't diminish the experience at all!

Reviews: From Brussels: Maasmechelen Outlet Shopping Trip

It left and returned almost exactly on time. However, we had difficulty communicating with the guide. There should have been brochures for general information so that those using translation wouldn't have trouble, and the guide wouldn't have to struggle to communicate with everyone individually. You can spend about five hours in the mall. When you get off the bus, they give you a wristband in the mall, probably for discounts or something, but unfortunately we missed that due to the communication problems.
