Javier was excellent. He showed up on time and was great helping two other women who had a confirmed reservation but no one had them on their lists. They made it on a tour because of him We left about 15 minutes late because two ladies showed up late. He called them and waited. That caused us to get into traffic which made him late picking up the rest of the group. He felt so bad and this stressed him. Not his fault. This same two were late at almost every stop. I would suggest that if you are that late you get left behind. Put it in your disclaimers. There are some extenuating circumstances. They just felt disrespectful. He managed them well and made it clear they put the rest of the group behind. He was really wonderful.
