It was my first time snorkeling, so I was scared, but they double-checked the safety equipment and brought me back if I drifted out of the safety zone. Luckily, I was able to see a turtle as soon as I entered the water. However, they scared me quite a bit by telling me to be careful of the turtle, so at first, I was busy dodging them haha. Please keep this in mind if you want to take a photo with a turtle. I didn't bring a waterproof case because I saw reviews saying it wasn't necessary, but I still recommend bringing one. The photographer took a lot of pictures, but I was a bit disappointed because there was a specific fish I wanted to photograph. The underwater world was so incredibly beautiful and made me so happy. I highly recommend it.★

It's definitely worth including in your itinerary! Although you'll be a bit distant when you see the whales, maintaining distance is necessary for wildlife! They sell seasickness medication on-site, for both adults and children; I recommend taking some. The waves were fine that day, but we still took the medication just to be safe! During the voyage, you'll remain inside the cabin, but when whales are spotted, everyone will be allowed to come out to see them. If you're sensitive to wind, I suggest wearing a hooded windproof jacket! We saw many whales wagging their tails and spouting water during the trip—it was a fantastic experience.★

Our tour leader, Qian, was very interesting, introducing a lot about Okinawa's history and culture in a humorous way. All the itineraries were on time, and public transportation outside Naha is practically nonexistent, making a day trip a perfect choice. The itinerary was well-planned and excellent! 👍 The day of our trip coincided with a Japanese holiday, and it was my first time being surprised by how crowded the Churaumi Aquarium was 😅 Fortunately, Qian had informed us of the tour order on the bus beforehand, saving us a lot of time.★

I absolutely loved everything! Everything was on time and on route. The guide was wonderful, she explained everything in every language, communicated with everyone, took her time, and answered questions! Thank you so much 😍🙏🏼 The aquarium was amazing! First of all, the team was absolutely fantastic. From booking, reception, communication, preparation, departure, experience, and conclusion, their capabilities and service attitude were impeccable. They even took photos for us and were very patient with our guidance.
If you suffer from severe motion sickness, I recommend buying motion sickness medication. I didn't buy any, and while the boat ride was fine, the constant splashing of waves made me feel nauseous. After telling the staff who were guiding us on snorkeling, they immediately took me back to the boat to rest.
The equipment they provided was also very complete. They had thick wetsuits, so the water wasn't cold at all. They had diving shoes in various sizes, swimming goggles, and they asked about any pre-existing medical conditions or past medical history to determine if we were suitable for diving.
There were private shower rooms and changing rooms, offering good privacy!
Whether you want to dive or snorkel, you can do it!
