I booked the tour for a later date by mistake and actually showed up the day prior. I was still allowed to swap at the last minute and included as it was my last day in Germany. I am grateful for the professionalism and flexibility from the tour operator. Also the tour guide was kind enough to translate for me as I was the only non German speaking attendee in the group. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

This was my second time on this tour, and this one with a different guide was also excellent. Time flew by. We learned a lot of interesting facts in a pleasant atmosphere. And what's especially great is that you get to know Potsdam's diverse facets within those three hours, something you could never achieve with just a printed city guide. We'll definitely be back. Walking, looking and listening to our guide was a wonderful experience (even without going inside San Succi palace). We walked on our own after the end of the tour along numerous paths towards the magnificent New Palace. The gardens and palaces' architecture are awe-inspiring.
