I really enjoyed the ferry. The staff was helpful and the bathrooms are really clean. My only complaint was I asked for a window seat and plenty were available but trip booked me like in the middle of the middle. In the future I would like for my preferences to be honored when possible and I could understand if the whole ferry was booked, but it wasn’t.Trip.com picks
