Our first stop with the MS Lady Diletta was Amsterdam, a very beautiful city with its narrow streets and canals. A canal cruise is a must; it costs €14.50 per person and lasts an hour. You can also go up the Adam Tower and swing for €7.50 per person. Or you can visit Madame Tussauds; admission is €23.50 per person. Just across the way is the National Monument, a large square but nothing particularly special. Also recommended are the Van Gogh Museum and the Schreierstoren, an old defensive tower not far from the train station and harbor.

Younes was very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. Drove us around to some great areas, touching on all the highlights of Amsterdam the best he could (which we thought he did great) with the little of 3 hours we had. Showing us history, architecture and the culture of Amsterdam. It was a tour we will not forget. It was very enjoyable and insightful. Thank you Younes!!

Reviews: Amsterdam: Travel Ticket for 1-3 Days With Airport Transfer
Guest User2026-11-01
It seemed fine to me, except that it didn't cover my trip to Zaandam because it said I'd left the area covered by the ticket, and then we couldn't leave the station 😂. Since we speak little to no English, they didn't understand us, and it took a while to figure out what was happening. But the staff were very kind and opened the doors for us so we could leave and explore Zaandam. However, we had to buy another ticket to get back.

Reviews: Amsterdam: Zaanse Schans 3.5-Hour Small Group Tour
Guest User2026-10-31
We really had a great time during this tour. What may not be clear from the description is that the three highlights of the tour - the windmills, cheese factory and clog making - are all part of a historical village grouped together, so that the time on the bus is limited to getting to and back from Zaanse Shans, without making multiple stops (less than a half hour in each direction). Our guide, Bart, was great, providing historical and cultural references throughout and even participated in a bonus portion, the chocolate making demonstration which he described himself. It was pretty cold, so the inexpensive hot chocolate stop was great, as was climbing to the top of the windmill. We highly recommend this tour and Bart.
