Reservation:
For many trains in Switzerland, seat reservations are not required. Simply board the train with your rail pass and choose any open seat. Reservations are required on scenic trains like the Bernina Express, the Chocolate Train, the Glacier Express and the Wilhelm Tell Express. They are also required for international trains
Please go to www.raileurope.cn to reserve your seats. Please Note: after your reservation is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be make; if you change your trip itinerary, there will be no refund
Please take good care of your pass, there will be no refunds or replace pass if you lose or damage it
If your train departs after 19:00 on Day 1, and it will arrive in the morning on Day 2 (non-stop), this will be regarded as 1 (one) day, and your pass MUST be valid on Day 2
Family Card:
Children aged 6 to 15 can travel for free with at least 1 fully paying parent
Can be used with Swiss transport products
Additional fees are required for reservation

Parent's name 1 and Parent's name 2 must be the same as shown on the passport
Parent's address should be a permanent address of the parent(s)

Important Information

After your order is confirmed, a Confirm Email will be sent by Trip.com to the email address you provide while booking
Your train ticket will be activated automatically, so you do not have to go to the train station
Your Pass will be valid from day of first use, and it will remain valid for the consecutive days you choose while booking. E.g. 4 Days Pass within One Month, means that the Pass will remain valid for 4 consecutive days within one month from the first use
Valid VISA is required to enter Swiss if you are required to get one. We suggest you get valid VISA before booking
