How to use

Present the booking guest's name and valid ID (Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau/passport) directly at Mistral Restaurant in Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16 for dining. Dining address: Mistral Restaurant, 6th Floor, Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16, Rua do Visconde Paco de Arcos, Inner Harbour, Macau. Lunch hours: 12:00 PM–2:30 PM, dinner hours: 6:00 PM–9:30 PM. (Actual ticket collection time is subject to restaurant opening hours).

In case of severe weather, please call Trip.com in advance to check the restaurant's operating status. If the restaurant is closed, please contact Trip.com to verify cancellation or changes (no later than the dining date, including the same day). Failure to do so may result in the inability to cancel or modify your booking. Thank you for your understanding.
