Child: Age 3 to 11

Children under 3 years old can dine with an accompanying adult. Please contact Trip.com customer support to inform them of the number of free children (only seats will be provided, no additional meals included) so the restaurant can reserve seating. Otherwise, the restaurant will not provide seating.

How to use

After successful booking, the e-confirmation will be sent to your email/Trip.com app.

Access to Macau Tower requires scanning the QR code at the gate, while the 360 buffet dining requires presenting the booking information page and the diner's first and middle names at the restaurant.

Dining time: Subject to the selected package. The time of the chosen package is your dining time. Please arrive at the restaurant 15 min before the start of your selected dining time.

Macau Tower Observation Deck operating hours: 10:00 AM~8:00 PM (weekdays), 10:00 AM~10:15 PM (February 19), 10:00 AM~9:30 PM (February 23 & March 3) (last admission 15 min before closing)

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

1. Since the observation deck closes early, guests who book the dinner option with a complimentary observation deck admission ticket are advised to visit the observation deck first before enjoying dinner.

2. Please bring an ID to verify your age, such as a mainland Chinese ID card, passport, or Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau for inspection.

3. Due to limited seating availability at the restaurant, if your selected date is fully booked, Trip.com customer support will contact you to cancel this product service. We appreciate your understanding.

4. Please confirm your travel date when booking. If you are unable to arrive at the restaurant at the specified time due to personal reasons, Trip.com will not be responsible for any losses incurred. Please take note.

5. In the event of tropical cyclone warning signals (No. 8 tropical cyclone warning signal) and special weather conditions (Black Rainstorm Warning), the attraction will prohibit and cancel sightseeing deck services. No compensation will be provided for any resulting losses. We appreciate your understanding.
