We were pressed for time, including a sauna and lunch, so the guide gave us more time, which was a plus. The mountaintop views and the Kobe nightscape were spectacular, and my child enjoyed the Ramen Museum, and I also enjoyed it. The guide explained everything kindly in Japanese, Korean, and English, which was enough to make the entire itinerary run smoothly. He also took photos here and there, which was a nice touch.★

During a cruise stop in Kobe, we met our guide, Ryan, following a brief taxi ride to the city center. The walking tour offered us a comprehensive overview of the city's center. The tour showcased the city's main attractions effectively, and Ryan made sure it was an unforgettable experience. Notably, Ryan was an American who had resided in Kobe for several years. He was an informed and engaging guide, well-acquainted with the city's landmarks, traditions, and culture.

It was fabulous. Angeles was a superb guide. She effortlessly guided us through three cities. Her English diction was very clear and she explained Japanese history really well. Angeles was also very kind and really cared that we all had a good time. The driver of the bus was very professional and courteous.★

Since I have to board at the designated time, it's a bit tricky to decide on the time depending on the immigration process, but since it's a reserved seat system and I can change the time once, I rode comfortably!! I like that I can easily store my luggage!! The space in front and back of the seats is also wide!!
