The driver and guide provided excellent service. He was very gentle and considerate, and never made any demands on us. When we asked him to have lunch with us, he politely declined, explaining that it was against regulations to eat lunch with us. He was truly wonderful!★

Because of limited time, I booked a private car through Trip.com, hiring a guide (who also served as a driver) to give me a quick tour of Malaysia. I'm very grateful to driver Xiaoqiang, who explained the history of many attractions and local culture during the trip. He also got off at each site with me and was very helpful in taking photos. I'm truly thankful. If you're too lazy to walk or transfer between different modes of transport, hiring a private car is a great experience, especially in hot Malaysia. Being able to immediately enjoy air conditioning after visiting the sights is fantastic!★

Guide Tu is one of the most comprehensive driver-guides I've ever encountered on my travels. He's incredibly approachable, never perfunctory, and very sincere, providing detailed and professional explanations at every point! He even gave a free guided tour at the museum, which was indistinguishable from a professional tour! A huge thumbs up!
