A one-day tour with Mr. Zheng He, who drives for us, is better than a year of independent travel.
Our itinerary in Ubud was arranged and led by Mr. Wayan Zheng He. He was very talkative, sharing a lot about local Balinese culture and recommending many restaurants. Also, when we were caught in a sudden downpour at the Tegallalang Rice Terraces and Tirta Empul Temple, Mr. Zheng He personally brought us umbrellas. This trip was perfect, and we are very grateful to Mr. Zheng He for his company for the entire day!★

Our driver, Pujas, was truly the best! He speaks fluent Korean, so communication is incredibly easy. He's also witty, perceptive, and incredibly kind. Thanks to him, our family had a comfortable trip. When traffic got stuck, he always found shortcuts to avoid them. He's truly a veteran driver. He even helped us buy tickets at tourist attractions, and when we went to a temple, he even kindly put the kids' sarongs in their hair. My son says Pujas is the best driver he's ever had!★

The car was clean and spacious, and the air conditioning didn't smell moldy. While the driver didn't speak English well, communication was smooth and the staff did their best. With WhatsApp, you can call 10-15 minutes in advance to minimize waiting for the car on the road. (Due to Bali's traffic conditions, cars can't wait on the road forever; someone has to wait for the car, which is inconvenient. The roads are so narrow that cars have to wait behind you while you're parked.) I'm not sure if the driver can use KakaoTalk. He waited nearby for our family from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM. He parked a little further away when parking was required. Instead of buying us food or drinks, he included them in the tip (he sent me a text message thanking me for the tip that morning. He didn't just receive the tip that day, but also expressed his gratitude the next day, which I also appreciated.)★

We had an amazing trip to Ubud with our guide Nyoman Sukrata. It was such a wonderful experience! He shared many interesting stories about culture, traditions, and local life, and explained everything in a very engaging and easy-to-understand way.
Nyoman was also very kind, patient, and attentive to our needs. He helped us take many beautiful photos in the best spots and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the whole day. We never felt rushed and could truly enjoy every place we visited.
He is professional, friendly, and has a great sense of humor, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Thanks to him, our visit to Ubud became one of the best memories of our time in Bali.
Highly recommend Nyoman Sukrata if you want a memorable and well-organized tour!
