⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing day with our driver, Wayan, and highly recommend him to anyone visiting Bali! He took care of our entire family throughout the day and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. He was incredibly friendly, patient, flexible, and happy to adjust the itinerary to everything we wanted to see and do. Wayan speaks excellent English, making communication easy and enjoyable. He also shared interesting information about Bali and gave us great recommendations along the way. We always felt safe thanks to his careful driving, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Most importantly, he made the whole trip fun and stress-free. Our children enjoyed the day just as much as we did. Thank you, Wayan, for giving our family such a wonderful experience. Both Waruna and Ctrip staff were very helpful. We left two bags at the ticket exchange counter at Penida Marina. Waruna staff immediately helped us retrieve one and promised to get the other one for us later. They even let us go up to the second floor for free. Ctrip staff were also actively assisting, and we finally got our bags back smoothly. ☺️

We were dropped off at our desired locations, and when we were finished, we contacted the driver via WhatsApp, and he was there immediately. Hassle-free and unbeatable value for money.
