Everything was on time. We arrived at the pier half an hour early and showed our reservation. There were no issues with our luggage, even though it was significantly larger than the service description stated.★

The ticket description explains everything in detail. We found the check-in counter quickly. We were even allowed on the ferry earlier than the sign said. The ferry departed at 8:48 instead of 8:30. Tea, coffee, water, and cookies are complimentary on the ferry. There are restrooms. The staff help with luggage.★

The scenery was indeed beautiful, but the itinerary was a bit rushed. Phi Phi Island is quite far, taking over an hour by boat, and we had to visit several places in one day, with only about half an hour to an hour at each attraction. We had lunch on Phi Phi Island, but the selection wasn't extensive. The staff were friendly and spoke Chinese.★

The two-island tour was well organized. We snorkeled at three spots, and the views were spectacular, with emerald-green, crystal-clear water. Looking down, you could see every pebble on the bottom, and you floated above the coral. Small schools of fish swam nearby, lots of yellow-and-blue fish. Larger fish, blue and brown, also rose from the bottom. Lunch on the island was well organized, with delicious chicken wings, rice, vegetables, and fruit. I highly recommend this tour.
