The pick-up and drop-off were very punctual, and the driver and Chinese-speaking customer service were exceptionally responsible.
The itinerary was excellent. We spent about two hours at the wildlife park, then went snorkeling and took photos with starfish at the starfish beach, enjoyed some water and the sea breeze, and ate seafood on a fish raft when we got hungry. The shrimp and fish were huge and delicious, and we could also watch the sunset.
On the way back, they even stopped by the Yangdong Town Night Market to buy some fruit (we were staying in the very remote New World Hotel…).★

The tour was wonderful. Everything was as described, except for the fact that we lingered a bit longer on the beach. The bee farm was absolutely fantastic, I definitely recommend it. The guide was very funny and told a ton of interesting stories. The buses were comfortable, apparently air-conditioned, and they even gave out free water.★

Hygiene is reassuring ✨ My skin became incredibly smooth after the mud bath + steam sauna!
I used it to refresh myself, but it was an experience that exceeded my expectations! 🥰
🌿 Hygiene: The mud is completely changed for each customer, so it's very clean and you can soak in it with peace of mind ✨
🫧 Mud texture: The particles are surprisingly fine, more like "rich, smooth hot water" than mud! It feels soft on the skin and is incredibly comfortable 🛁
🧖♀️ Course flow: Mud bath (40 minutes) → Steam sauna (20 minutes). Thanks to the gentle warming and thorough sweating, my clogged pores were completely cleared ✨
🍋 After-service: I was also happy with the refreshing lemon tea and fruit service provided after the session 🍍
It was a very refreshing and wonderful time! I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to anyone looking to relax on Phu Quoc Island 🏝️✨★

The staff were very kind and spoke English. However, the journey from the hotel and the transfer from the speedboat to the larger ship were quite tiring before we even got to the first activity. Also, the first snorkeling spot wasn't very clear, and I wondered if we could have skipped it given our energy and time constraints. The final stop, May Rut Trang Island, was beautiful and fantastic. It was before the peak season, during the transition between the rainy and dry seasons, but it was sunny, not crowded, and very pleasant. Overall, the wonderful staff made it all worthwhile.
