The incredibly loving, species-appropriate animal care, especially for the parrots, is outstanding. We also booked an on-site tour and received a great deal of background information, from the aviary to the breeding station. Superbly organized.

We went quad biking to Mount Teide today and were absolutely thrilled. Our guide was super friendly, in great spirits, and his positive attitude was instantly contagious. After a short, clear briefing, we set off towards Teide. The tour was simply fantastic and incredibly fun. The guide made sure the group stayed together at all times and his calm and attentive manner made us feel very safe. The quads were in excellent condition, easy to operate, and very pleasant to steer. The viewpoints along the way were beautiful and made the tour perfect. My boyfriend would have loved to book another tour right away – and I was just as enthusiastic. Highly recommended, we would do it again in a heartbeat! Muchas gracias por el tiempo tan maravilloso — ¡seguro que nos volveremos a ver!

I really enjoyed the performance. The new seating arrangement is very poor, as you can hardly see anything from the back seats. It's not worth the price.


