From the start, JJ was very attentive, professional, and friendly, always willing to explain the historical and cultural details clearly. It's clear he has a deep understanding of the subject matter and is passionate about what he does, which makes the tour even more interesting. Excellent trip. You can see the essentials for each site. It includes the tickets. I would like more time in Segovia, because we can see everything, but it's a short time to try the local food.

Tour is excelent and tour team are great! it is a must to see places in Madrid. the bus is double decker, clean and beautiful. Oscar was excelent! very knowlegdable about the history. We are happy with the tour.
