






















The AC311 helicopter has a total of 5 seats available for passengers, with a minimum of 3 passengers required for takeoff.
2. Please read the safety instructions carefully before boarding.
Individuals under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to board the helicopter.
4. Individuals with criminal records or prior convictions are not permitted to board the helicopter.
5. Individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, pregnant women, or critically ill patients are not permitted to board the helicopter.
6. Passengers taking helicopter rides must ensure they are in good health without any medical conditions. If passengers conceal their health status and experience a recurrence of illness during the flight, Party A will not be held responsible.
Only small carry-on luggage is permitted and subject to inspection when boarding the helicopter.
Passengers are not allowed to carry dangerous items such as flammable, explosive, toxic substances, knives, lighters, etc. on helicopters.
9. Liquid beverages are not allowed on helicopters, and it is recommended to avoid eating during the flight.
10. Passengers must undergo security checks conducted by the security personnel of Party A before boarding. Passengers who refuse the inspection will be denied boarding.
11. Boarding and disembarking the helicopter must be led by Party A's staff. Party B must closely follow Party A's staff when boarding or disembarking. Parents and guardians must take good care of children. Any safety incidents caused by unauthorized running will be the sole responsibility of the passenger, who will bear all consequences.
12. When riding a helicopter, please follow the crew's instructions, fasten your seatbelt, and do not touch any buttons or switches on board.
13. Do not open the helicopter door during flight. In case of emergency, follow the pilot's instructions to open the door by first lifting the front button upward and then sliding the rear middle button downward to the right, after which the door can be pushed open.
14. Passengers are not permitted to request pilots to perform flights that violate safety regulations or aviation laws, nor engage in any behavior that may interfere with the pilot's duties (such as chatting, physical contact, verbal or physical abuse, etc.).
15. If you experience any physical discomfort during the helicopter ride, please inform the pilot immediately.
16. In case of any dangerous situation during the helicopter flight, passengers must follow the pilot's instructions and must not attempt any self-rescue actions without authorization.
17. For accidental injuries or deaths of helicopter passengers, compensation will be made according to the aviation insurance terms, and Party A shall not bear any additional compensation costs.
18. Passengers must present a valid ID when signing the agreement and before boarding.
19. In case flight operations cannot be conducted or are terminated midway due to uncontrollable external factors (weather, air traffic control, airworthiness, etc.), a full refund will be provided for services not actually rendered. For services already performed, partial refunds or no refunds will be negotiated based on actual circumstances.
20. In cases where the specific flight time cannot be determined due to uncontrollable external factors (weather, air traffic control, airworthiness, etc.), passengers should reasonably arrange their itinerary according to their own preferences to decide whether to wait. Any losses incurred due to waiting at the airport shall be borne by the passengers themselves.
21. If passengers are unable to board as planned or request to terminate the flight early due to personal reasons (such as itinerary changes or physical discomfort), a full refund will be granted if no actual flight service has been provided. No refund will be given if flight service has already commenced.
