The service of Mu Bus is in place. Thanks to the tour guide Sister Mu. After we got on the bus, the child had diarrhea. She immediately gave us directions to the bathroom. She was inclusive and understood. After returning to the bus, there was no connecting seat. She also helped coordinate the seat (I took the child alone). Thank you Sister Mu. The explanation and reminder are also in place. We went to Mutianyu on Monday. There were super many people. Although we queued up for a long time to take the cable car, we still went to the enemy building on the 20th. Herotai and Haohanpo went.★

Overall fabulous service and a great easy way to visit the wall. However the planning of the meeting point and bus pick up in torrential rain left a bit to be desired. While I understand that there was nothing they could do about the rain we were left walking some distance to the bus and then waiting for it to arrive in a downpour. Not great then getting on an air conditioned bus for 1.5hours freezing. The actual service and guide were great. They aren’t wrong their souvenirs are cheaper and it’s a nice touch having tea and biscuits while you wait for the return bus.★

We had a great tour. Our guide was Kevin. He worked really hard to insure that we had a good time. And we did. I highly recommend this tour. They really cared about us. The Great Wall can’t be accurately described in words. You just have to see it. We spent two hours walking on it. We planned for one. There is too much to see. Kevin didn’t miss a beat. He was just happy for us. Great tour! Kevin was the best guide we can imagine.★

There is a luggage storage point, drinks, especially drinking water, ice, service is cheaper than other points. That supports Mubus customers because they come to use the service during the summer (July), having a cool air-conditioned customer lounge is a highlight - The travel time is reasonable, not too fast, too slow, there are suitable guides for travel to choose from - The team does it quickly even if booking. Only the bus fare to and from Beijing downtown - Mutanyu base But can choose to buy a cable car package with the guide what should be improved - I want to update clearly the data of the gathering point By specifying the exit B door clearly (on the website, it will only tell the floor B1) Although the pictureประกอบ is clearly Exit E, I want to write that Exit B (connected to Exit E) clearly to reduce the confusion for users.
