Hold a passport issued by a government other than Japan

Exchange method
Upon successful booking, the platform will automatically send the scheduled success email to the mailbox reserved by the booking guest
Please present the verification code or QR code received, as well as the non-Japanese passport of the subscriber, and exchange the paper ticket from the ticket machine at the designated station. The ticket is valid within 90 days from the date of booking
After the successful paper ticket is exchanged, it can be directly used by the automatic ticket gate
If the ticket machine is faulty or the passport is not added IC chip, please go to the green window of the designated station to exchange the paper ticket
