· Are the videographers/photographers professional?

All are experienced photography teams with over 5 years of expertise, using high-end DSLR cameras worth 40,000-50,000 RMB, equipped with exclusive Canon/Sony/Nikon gear, sliders, jibs, stabilizers, tripods, and Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom/Premiere software for retouching, editing, and color grading.

• [When will the film be released?]

The photos will be sent to your email or cloud storage within 48 hours after shooting. Please save them promptly, as the store provides free storage for one month only.

· [What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the product?]

Before shooting, the videographer/photographer will have an in-depth discussion with you to ensure alignment on the shooting theme and style, preventing many post-production issues. After the day's shoot, you can review the footage on the camera. Only confirm receipt if satisfied - you may refuse payment for unsatisfactory compositions, request a refund of any prepaid amounts, and have the photos deleted on the spot. This product belongs to the service category and does not accept refunds.

· Where is the free to-door pick-up area?

Photographers provide free home service within 15 km of the city government

· What to do if the weather forecast predicts rain?

The weather forecast for coastal areas is not accurate. We always refer to the weather conditions one hour before the shoot and never rely on forecasts because they're unreliable. In case of rain, you can switch to an indoor shoot or get a full refund.

· [Ideal shooting time?]

9 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM. Mornings usually have bright lighting and children are more energetic. Afternoons offer a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, and it gets cooler as the day progresses. Night photography is challenging with a low success rate, so it's not recommended.

· [Are costumes provided?]

The travel photography service model has fully aligned with Western standards - wear your own clothes, capture your unique style, don't be someone else's shadow, and discover your authentic beauty (∩_∩).

· [Can the shoot be canceled if needed?] In case of rain on the shooting day, rescheduling, switching to indoor shooting, or a full refund is available. For other personal reasons preventing normal shooting or itinerary changes, modifications and refunds will follow platform policies. Overcast days are suitable for normal shooting.

· [How far in advance should I place my order?] We recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance. You can place your order as soon as you've booked your hotel, or even on the same day (please consult customer support for details).

· [How do we receive the videos/photos?] Both videos and photos are provided in digital format. After editing and retouching, they will be sent to you via email. If you'd like to print them, you can search for many affordable photo printing shops on other platforms that offer home delivery.

[What if I'm not satisfied with the photos?] After the shoot on the same day, you can view the photos on the camera. If you're satisfied, confirm receipt. If you're not satisfied, please inform customer support immediately. A refund can be issued, and the photos will be deleted on the spot. This product provides on-site service. No transportation fee will be charged within 15 km from the city center (special locations excluded). For distances exceeding 15 km, a fee will be applied (e.g., 16 km = CNY 18). The rate is CNY 3 per km (please consult customer support for details).

This product does not include attraction admission tickets/boat tickets/transportation tickets. Any additional expenses incurred during the shoot will be borne by the guests.
