It was my first time picking and frying tea leaves myself. It was such an interesting experience. Thank you to our tour guide, Xiao Xu, for taking us all the way. The explanations were very clear and attentive. The aunt was very enthusiastic. It was a great feeling to sit in the teahouse and enjoy the tea.★

We loved it as tour guide is skiilful in navigating through the itineraries despite the weather (we visited Huxueyan mansion first as it was raining and went to Xihu later on when the weather cleared up). Not sure if it's because if timing change, most of the time the place we visited is not crowded at all and it really felt like super private tour! No hard selling and the restaurant recommended in Xihu is very very nice.★

It was amazing. China wins hands down when it comes to performances. It was very grand and the performers looked like they were performing on water. The lighting and stage props were good too. They even had a mist emitting scent thing that emitted out different scent at different scenes!! It would have been great thought if they sang live and played the instruments live. The sound recording didn’t felt like it was live.★

After making the reservation, a helpful assistant contacted me and planned the specific route. I never expected to be able to pick tea flowers in winter. Although it was raining, they had raincoats and rain pants prepared. The experience included drone photography, tea picking, tea frying, matcha making, tea preparation, and even tea snacks. It was a very enjoyable experience to be a tea farmer. I'll definitely come back to pick tea leaves when it's warmer next time.
