A wonderful activity. First, they'll contact you separately to process your trekking permit, which isn't included and seems expensive until you go and realize the immense work and logistics involved (trust the agency). This was difficult for me because I'm Mexican. Bring appropriate clothing: long pants, something warm and waterproof, and hiking boots, as well as water, food, and money for tips. Once you're there, you'll realize how much you appreciate the work of these people. The agency was incredibly kind and efficient. Thank you for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.★

Despite the rain this was a fascinating experience with an extremely experienced and knowledgeable guide. The park is an amazing place to have so near the centre of a city but once you are there you totally immersed in the natural habitat.★
