For transit passengers, the Airport Express is the perfect melody in their journey. Without needing to go through immigration, they can quickly travel between the terminal and the city via a dedicated channel, weaving limited layover time into a city scouting experience. While others are stuck at the airport waiting, I'm already enjoying authentic Hong Kong-style milk tea next to Kowloon Station. This controllable 24-minute journey makes even a short stop feel meaningful, a testament to the elegant art of time management.★

The day started fine except for one issue another group member had with the tour guide. There were two guides one for English and another for Mandarin. The tour is basically "a hold your finger" take through the various attractions. We were taken from the Metro Station bus stand in a public bus to the first site, the fishing village. We took the small boat for a small spin in the sea, where we could not sight any pink dolphins, but the guide did point out some features along the short cruise. The village is drab. Next we took a public bus to the Big Buddha. The guide pointed out some facts about the features of the tourist place. The temple does offer a set meal at a cost if you choose to eat there. After the meal and a quick view of the Buddha (which was in shadow and very unphotogenic), we took the cable car (good experience) to return to the Metro station, to end the tour. On the whole, this was a very average tour. The male guide should learn to smile a bit more, though. Very Dour!★

Four stops. After getting off the plane, take the express to Immigration.
After clearing immigration, you'll see signs.
You can buy your ticket on KKDay beforehand and board directly.
Show your mobile voucher to scan the QR code when exiting the station. Very convenient.
It takes about half an hour to reach Hong Kong Station (near Central).

Simply scan the QR code at the station to enter; it's simple and convenient. The only downside is the purchase page, where the text instructions and options are a bit confusing. After purchase, a confirmation email will be sent, along with a QR code and a user manual.
