Qingdao(Qingdao)It is located in the eastern part of Shandong Province, facing the Yellow Sea to the south and Jiaozhou Bay to the west.It was once just a small fishing village, but in 1898 it rapidly developed after Germany leased it and opened a military and commercial port.It was occupied by Japan during World War I, but was restored in 1922 and became a city in 1929.The city's remaining red-roofed Western-style buildings and beautiful sea have attracted attention both domestically and internationally as a seaside resort.Kouyama Park(Shogyozankoen)Although it is only a small mountain about 60 meters above sea level, it is a great place to overlook the city of Qingdao.The most typical Aoshima landscape is within reach, with red-roofed Western-style buildings lining the slope of a mountain that gently stretches from the coast, and the ocean stretching beyond the roofs.pier(Sanbashi)It was founded in 1891.A 400 meter long stone pier juts out into Qingdao Bay.There is a gazebo in front of it and its name is Kairankaku.This pier is perfect for a leisurely stroll, and you can see western-style buildings with orange roofs dotted along the mountain slope across the ocean to your left.christian churchIn 1898, Germany leased Jiaozhou Bay and began building a town called Qingdao.Various remnants of German rule remain, such as Tsingtao beer and German-style buildings.This Christian Church is one of them, and is a beautiful building located on a slope lined with buildings unique to Qingdao, and has been designated as an important building in the city.Eight Great Guan Scenic Areas(Hachidaikankeiku)It was once a vacation home for foreigners and government officials.It is neatly divided into areas named after the eight Great Wall checkpoints, such as Shanhai Pass and Juyong Pass, and there are about 200 fine Western-style buildings.Because it was also a famous second quarter, it was called the ``Universal Architecture Museum''.The most famous structure is the Huashi Tower, the first and largest building in the city, built in 1906 as a vacation home for the German Governor-General.It is also called the ``Governor-General's Office'' or ``State Guest House.''Qingdao beer factoryChina's first beer factory, founded in 1903, with a history of over 100 years!It was originally built as a joint venture between Germans and British.From 1916 to 1929, Kirin Beer, Asahi Beer, Sapporo Beer, and others produced beer from Japan.Currently, the annual production of the entire group is 1.9 million tons, of which a quarter is exported.Enjoy freshly made draft beer during the factory tour.
