This is a standard course for sightseeing in Lijiang!Jade Dragon Snow Mountain(Gyokuryuusetsuzan)It is located about 10 kilometers northwest of Lijiang.Belonging to the Transverse Mountain Range, thirteen peaks tower like a folding screen on the east bank of the Jinsha River.Throughout the year, the snow near the summit never disappears, giving the appearance of a pure white dragon lying on the ridge, hence the name Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It is a treasure trove of plants, with a variety of plants growing depending on the altitude and climate.A ropeway has been built from the base of the mountain, and it climbs 1150m vertically to Amamiko, the station located directly below the main peak.
