The Sanctuary of Truth is a never-ending museum
Located by the sea in Pattaya, it is more of a religious art piece than a temple, because it is a building entirely constructed from rosewood and teak, without a single nail, all combined by wedges, tongues and bolts.
🏯 The interior is divided into seven parts: heaven, hell, patrilineal, matrilineal, moon, sun, and stars, reflecting the concepts of life, reincarnation, universe, and utopia in Thai philosophy✨. It also features lifelike sculptures of Buddhism and Hinduism, which are awe-inspiring.
Since 1981, a Thai businessman has funded its construction, which is still ongoing, so everyone entering must wear a construction site safety helmet. Inside, you can see workers carving wood, and entering the temple is like entering an exhibition hall of wood carving and architectural art.

Sanctuary of Truth
Finally punched in the truth temple~ The tickets bought on Trip.com are more cost-effective than the drugs on the spot. But remember to place an order at least an hour in advance. The temple is located by the sea, with a wooden structure, no nails, and it is still very shocking. It is said that it has been built for 40 years and is still under construction, while building and maintaining. It is also very Thai. The temple will be explained in different languages in different times, and the best photo spot is also marked, which is still very user-friendly.
It’s stunning and very impressive architectural design however, the construction is still going on so I was not able to roam around the building to take photos but in general, t’was lovely.
When I went there, I was still repairing. The all-wood carving was really shocking. The carving was exquisite and it was very filmed. The seven truths told inside, I think it is the education we received from childhood. Hahahaha very Chinese.
It is really worth going! The Temple of Truth has Chinese, English, Korean and Russian explanations. Queuing up every 20 minutes according to the language type of explanation. It is really a work of art. The designer can build such a complex temple, and it has been carved for 60 years. This artwork has not been completed. I thought it was a small temple looking outside, but I found that there was no cave. And each area of the pillars design different story sculptures, explain a few true meanings of life, listen to the benefit of a lot.
The Temple of Truth is really shocking. It is located in the pure wood hand-carved temple by the sea. Every carving is exquisite. It is still being built and perfected. This is simply a model for turning dreams into reality and completing a miracle with generations! The rest of the yard is a bit messy, probably because it is necessary to keep repairing the temple. The place to eat next to the temple is more expensive, and only fried food, it would be better to have some special Thai food!
Not far from the hotel, not far from Pattaya Pedestrian Street, you can reach it by double car, and it is very convenient to book tickets online, 15 yuan cheaper than buying on-site. There is no fun, but the viewing is OK. If you like to take pictures, you can take some good photos. I took a photo, which is free tour guide language time.
The Temple of Truth is worth a visit, all wooden structure. Make a film. There are also horse-drawn options in the scenic spot. But there are more elephant riding in Thailand, and the purchase alone is 800 baht per person. Ctrip packages will still be cheaper. If the itinerary time is limited and there is no time to go to the elephant village, you can experience it here. A circle around the truth temple. On the way, the master will stop to let you take pictures.
