If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

If your hotel isn't in the pickup area, you'll have to go the meeting point yourself or pay an extra charge for transportation. We would send you a notice before confirming your booking. If you choose going to the meeting point, we'll inform you the meeting point address.
