Haneda International Airport
You must exchange your voucher (printed or mobile) for the physical bus voucher at any of the specified redemption locations listed below.
You must then exchange the physical bus voucher for your physical bus ticket at the designated location
Select your preferred date and time of departure upon exchanging your voucher at the counter
Narita International Airport, Shinjuku Station West Exit, and Yokohama Station (YCAT)
You must exchange your voucher (printed or mobile) for the physical bus ticket at any of the specified redemption locations listed below
Select your preferred date and time of departure upon exchanging your voucher at the counter

Haneda International Airport
GLOBAL Wifi Counter
Opening hours: 7:00am-10:00pm, daily
Location: 3rd floor (departure hall) of Haneda International Airport
Address: Haneda Airport International Terminal 3F (Departure Floor), 2 Chome-6-5 Hanedakūkō, Ōta-ku, Tōkyō-to 144-0041, Japan.
3F is the departure floor, not the arrival floor. You can find the counter easily by going up from 2F (Arrival Floor) by escalator
Narita International Airport
Limousine Bus Ticket Counter Terminal 1
Opening hours: 6:40am-11:10pm, daily
Location: 3 counters in International Arrival Lobby 1F, north or south wing
