1. Changbai Mountain admission ticket sold-out date notice (This notice is unrelated to available ticket dates and only corresponds to sold-out dates)
A "Reservation confirmed" status does not mean your admission ticket purchase is successful (current success rate for this waitlist is approximately 99.99%). Please wait for further notification regarding your ticket purchase status. Your final travel arrangements will be confirmed via official notification.
2. Special note: The supply of shuttle buses to the main peak of the attraction may be less than the quantity of admission tickets, which may result in the following two scenarios
If you successfully purchase admission tickets and there are still tickets available for the main peak shuttle, please place your order immediately to secure them and avoid missing out later.
② If you successfully purchase the admission ticket but the main peak bus tickets are sold out, you can join the waitlist. If your waitlist request is successful, you can proceed to visit. If it fails, Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain may be open that day, but you won't be able to visit without the main peak bus ticket.
Friendly reminder: If Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain is closed on the day of your visit, you can get a full refund for self-purchased tickets to the main peak area.
3. Real name registration is required for entry (duplicate orders for multiple products, packages, or dates will result in failure to issue tickets, so please avoid duplicate orders). Be sure to bring the valid ID used for booking on the day of your visit!
Whether you can see Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain depends on uncontrollable factors. There's a chance to see it in both sunny and rainy weather. The attraction may open or close access to the lake in real time based on daily weather conditions, as long as safety isn't compromised. So catching a glimpse of the lake is truly a matter of luck (Note: If the attraction is open on your visit day but the lake is closed, no refunds or compensation will be provided).
On the day of travel, seniors aged 70–75 must be accompanied by a healthy companion aged 19–64, otherwise a full refund will be issued without any compensation.
6. This product is currently not available for pregnant women or seniors over 75 years old. If an order has been placed, a full refund will be issued without any compensation.
7. If you hold a discount ID recognized by the attraction but booked an adult ticket, please contact customer support immediately to add a note. If no note is added, adult tickets will be issued by default with no price difference refundable on the travel day!
8. This product includes complimentary travel agency liability insurance but does not cover Changbai Mountain accident insurance. If you need Changbai Mountain accident insurance, please contact customer support in advance to pay the difference.
