This was a pleasant experience. The entire itinerary was well-planned, rich in content, and also catered to the special needs of us seniors. The customer service team responded quickly and resolved issues promptly. In particular, our driver, Mr. Boy, performed exceptionally well. He arrived on time to greet us, demonstrated skillful driving, drove efficiently along the route, and provided professional and attentive service at the attractions. Especially when we forgot something in the car, the driver and platform customer service proactively informed us and offered to personally deliver it to our hotel. We were truly touched. Thank you! For this price, the value for money is almost unbeatable. Our guide, Ah Si, knew the route well and took meticulous care of us along the way. I've forgotten the name of the guide/photographer, but he took photos for all the families along the way and provided a download link in the evening. Free towels and seasickness medication were provided, and a songthaew (shared taxi) was arranged for pick-up and drop-off. The only downsides were that the water at the snorkeling spot was a bit murky, and the provided snorkeling mask leaked slightly, affecting the experience. I recommend bringing your own snorkeling mask for hygiene and reliability. Overall, it was a very good one-day island tour.★

My favorite part of the tour was the Sanctuary of Truth. Kudos to Pamela, our Filipino guide, who explained the history and meaning behind the carvings beautifully. We were amazed, but with the 1.5-hour tour, we didn’t have time to take our own photos before rushing to the next stop. At Nong Nooch Garden, it was extremely hot, and although lunch was included, the food wasn’t good—I even found a vegetable worm in my salad and the staff didn’t react. We watched a show, but the driver told us to leave before exploring. The elephant show also made me feel sad. The garden tour felt more for kids. At Buddha Mountain we only had 5–10 minutes, and at Tutu Beach we had to buy food just to sit. The worst part was the unexpected 400 THB “OT” fee, never mentioned beforehand. Everything felt rushed because the driver wanted to finish by 5 PM. It defeated the purpose of booking a private car. Beautiful places, but overall rushed, stressful, and not worth the extra cost.★

I had a wonderful time at the half-day morning program at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary. From morning until afternoon, I had close interactions with the elephants, including feeding them, bathing and showering with them, enjoying muddy playtime, and even helping preparing their special diet food.
One of the most interesting thing was learning to make a paper with their poop- it was surprisingly fascinating!
The program also included a delicious Thai lunch at the property which I enjoyed a lot.
There were a clean shower facility afterwards, and I bought some souvenirs for my friends before leaving.
Overall, it was enjoyable experience and I highly recommend to anyone who loves elephants and wants an ethical ,hands-on experience with them.
