• Slots for Dolphin Island program are limited and on first-come, first-served basis. Should your preferred date/timeslot is not available, Trip.com will offer you other alternative dates.
• Larger groups may be split into smaller groups for a better experience.
• Guests are not allowed to bring in their belongings or wear jewellery and other accessories. Small lockers will be provided larger lockers are chargeable.
• Photography and videography are not allowed.
• An official photographer will be available onsite to capture the experience. Separate fees apply for purchase of photographs.
• All programmes are weather-permitting and subject to change by RWS in its sole and absolute discretion.
• No outside food and beverages are allowed within Adventure Cove Waterpark and Dolphin Island.
• Unless otherwise specified, refunds or changes will not be allowed.

• The health, safety and well-being of Resorts World Sentosa guests have always been the integrated resort's to-p priority. Resorts World Sentosa's attractions are certified SG Clean. All its attractions have implemented Safe Management Measures including frequent cleaning and disinfection at all high touch points. For capacity control, guests with open dated tickets are required to make a reservation for their preferred date of visit. Dine-in guests will need to show proof of vaccination status. Visit rwsentosa.com/covid-19 for the latest updates.

[Dolphin Adventure]

• Guests who arrive late will be rejected entry.
• Proficient swimmers only. Guests may be assessed for suitability.
• Guests must be 13 years old and above to participate in this program
• Wetsuits, masks and snorkels will be provided. Participants can also choose to bring their own mask, snorkel and fins. Personal wetsuits will not be permitted in the lagoon.

[Dolphin Discovery]

• Guests who arrive late will be rejected entry.
• Suitable for non-swimmers. Guests may be assessed for suitability.
• Children must be 4 years old to participate.
• Adult-Child supervisory ratio for children below the height of 110cm:

Must always be carried by a paying adult (above 21) during interaction with the marine animals; and

Maximum of 1 child to 1 paying adult.

• Adult-Child supervisory ratio for guests aged below 13 and above height or equivalent to 110cm:

Must always be accompanied in the water by a paying adult (above 21); and

Maximum of 3 children to 1 adult.

[Dolphin Encounter]

• Suitable for children under 4 years old with an accompanying paying adult.
• Guests who arrive late will be rejected entry.
• Adult-Child supervisory ratio for guests aged below 13:

Child must always be accompanied in the program by a paying adult (above 21); and

Maximum of 3 children to 1 adult.

• Adult-Child supervisory ratio for guests height below 110cm:

Must always be accompanied in the program by a paying adult (above 21); and

Maximum of 3 child to 1 adult.

[Dolphin Observer]

• Dolphin Observer is exclusively reserved for guests with friends or family participating in the Dolphin Discovery interaction programme.
• An accompanying paying parent or guardian (21 years old and above) must be present for participants who are below 21 years old.
