How to use

1. Select the appropriate package and date, then place your order.

After placing your order, customer support will contact you to understand your photography needs and arrange the corresponding photography services.

3. Create a group chat to discuss details, style, specific time, location, etc.

4. Shoot as scheduled, check the shooting results on the spot, and retake if you are not satisfied.

5. The raw photos will be sent the next day, and you can select the ones for retouching.

The final edited photos/MV/vlog will be delivered on the 6th and 7th, completing the service.

7. The difference between the photography package and professional photographer:

[Photo Shoot Package] : 3-year experienced photographer, 1 lens, lower budget, relaxed and enjoyable shooting, high quantity of raw photos, standard documentary-style retouching—perfect for travel keepsakes.

[Expert Photography Package]: Director/Chief Photographer, high-end DSLR with 1–5 lenses, prioritizing quality, specializing in customized and stylized shoots, with refined retouching.

8. Additional fees apply for night photography. Please contact customer support after placing your order for details.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 18:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
