4. This promotion cannot be transferred or exchanged; cannot be exchanged for cash; cannot be sold or resold; and cannot be used for partial redemption.

5. This product cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

7. Studio City Hotel Co. Ltd. reserves the right to amend and interpret these terms and conditions (including the use, suspension, and cancellation of this offer/promotion).

1) Discounts are subject to availability.

2) All bookings must be confirmed one day in advance. The system will stop selling at 9:00 PM the day before.

3) This combo ticket cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or partially exchanged.

4) This combo ticket cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

5) This combo ticket is for dine-in only. Subject to the admission terms of Studio City, seating arrangements are subject to actual conditions. Buffet breakfast at Spotlight is available from 07:00 to 10:30 daily, with food served until 10:15. Buffet lunch is available from 12:00 to 15:00, with food served until 14:30. Buffet dinner is available from 18:00 to 22:00, with food served until 21:30.

6) Lost or damaged combo tickets will not be reissued.

7) Spotlight and Studio City Water Park Combo: Guests can dine at Spotlight with their transaction number and ID, and exchange their QR code for a wristband at the Studio City Water Park ticket office. 8) "Spotlight" and "Golden Reel" Combo: Guests can dine at "Spotlight" by presenting their transaction number and ID, and enter "Golden Reel" by presenting their QR code. 9) Each Studio City Water Park and Studio City Star ticket is valid for one (1) person only. For safety reasons, children under twelve (12) years old must be accompanied by an adult when entering the park. The adult is fully responsible for the care and behavior of the child in the water park and Studio City Star.

10) Admission is subject to the terms and conditions of Studio City Water Park and Starlight Theater, including the admission terms of Studio City Water Park and Starlight Theater. Melco International Development Limited reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of Studio City Water Park and Starlight Theater (including the admission terms of Studio City Water Park and Starlight Theater) without prior notice. Melco International Development Limited may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of Studio City Water Park and Starlight Theater, close Studio City Water Park and Starlight Theater or any part thereof, and/or limit the number of people entering the water park and Starlight Theater due to capacity limits, inclement weather, special events, safety, security or order, maintenance or other operational reasons, or when Melco International Development Limited deems necessary.

11) Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and personal property. Studio City Development Limited is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost, cause of action, injury or death in or related to the Studio City Water Park and Studio City Star or this promotional activity.

12) Melco International Development Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions (including the use, suspension, and cancellation of this package, offers, promotions, tickets, wristbands, and/or any consumption rewards) without prior notice.

13) All matters and disputes, including the interpretation of these terms and conditions, are subject to the final decision of Studio City Development Limited.

14) In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
