Lower change and cancellation fees:

Children 1.4m and under in height get free admission tickets and attraction bus rides; please book the child ticket (includes only the round-trip tourist bus fare from Zhengzhou). For those over 1.4m in height, please book the adult ticket, and a discount of 30 CNY per person will be refunded by the guide on-site.

Free admission for visitors aged 60 and above. A discount of 90 CNY per person will be refunded for the guide service when purchasing at adult price.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
