1. Participants must be aged 5–65 years old. Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult for the hot air balloon ride.

2. Pregnant women, people with acrophobia, heart or brain diseases such as heart disease or hypertension, visitors with disabilities who cannot independently enter or exit the gondola, and others medically deemed unsuitable for high-altitude activities are not permitted to participate. Those who are mentally confused or excessively intoxicated are prohibited from riding.

3. Guests who require regular medication should prepare and carry necessary medicines with them when choosing Flexi Flight due to the longer flight duration.

4. Wear long-sleeved/cotton clothing and sports shoes. Avoid long skirts, high heels, or sandals. Tie up long hair and wear a hat with a brim if possible.

Before boarding, please hand over larger backpacks or carry-on bags (excluding personal valuables and cameras) to ground staff for temporary safekeeping.

6. Pets, flammable and explosive hazardous materials, and other prohibited items are strictly forbidden on board.

7. During the hot air balloon ride inflation and ignition, passengers should wait patiently in the designated waiting area. Do not approach to avoid any potential danger.

8. When entering the gondola, follow the principle of "first on, first off" and board in an orderly manner without pushing to avoid potential hazards.

9. After entering the basket, passengers should face outward and hold onto the safety ropes, standing as instructed by the pilot without moving around or changing positions. During the hot air balloon ride, avoid making sudden movements such as stomping, jumping, or shaking the basket.

10. During the ride, passengers must follow the instructions of the hot air balloon pilot and refrain from any actions that may interfere with the pilot's operation.

11. The hot air balloon basket is equipped with 4 fuel tanks and a dry powder fire extinguisher. Under no circumstances are passengers allowed to touch the fuel lines, fuel tank valves, or any control ropes.

12. Smoking is strictly prohibited during the ride; Do not extend any part of your body outside the gondola: Please keep your personal belongings such as mobile phones, cameras, water bottles, etc. secure. Avoid extending any objects outside the gondola to prevent them from falling and causing harm to people below. Throwing objects from height is strictly prohibited.

13. In case of an accident during the ride, remain calm and follow the hot air balloon pilot's instructions. After exiting the basket, immediately follow the staff's directions to evacuate to a safe area.

14. Upon landing, follow the pilot's instructions and prepare for touchdown; do not exit the basket until instructed by the pilot after landing. Stay clear of the balloon during deflation and retrieval.

15. In case of flight disruptions due to weather conditions such as strong winds or thunderstorms, or other uncontrollable factors, passengers should comply with the arrangements coordinated by the staff.
