If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Please note: If you wish to see the spectacular fountain show, you are advised to book for approximately 30 minutes before the fountain show you would like to watch in order to get a good spot

Peak hours prices will be applied from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm

For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions

Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather

No VR Experience would be available for early morning visits before 8:30am

Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage Check Room located near the entrance

No food or drinks are allowed

Working service animals for the disabled are not allowed on the tour

For visitors to level 124 who wish to view the sunset, we would recommend booking an entry time approximately 90 minutes prior

Parking is available in The Dubai Mall, Level 1 (Section M) of the Cinema car park
