Due to weather conditions and the number of passengers, the ferry may be temporarily canceled if there are too few travelers or additional ferries may be added if there are too many travelers, which may affect your travel plans. In case of a sudden cancellation, the port will notify you in advance and issue a full refund. If there are many travelers (additional cruises may be added, with boarding staggered by 15–30 minutes; any adjustments will be subject to customer support notifications or on-site arrangements). Visitors purchase boat tickets on the 1st floor.

To access the VIP cabin on the second floor, an additional charge of 20 CNY per person is required onboard.

In some cases, access to the upper three decks requires an additional fee of 10 CNY per person (some vessels allow direct access from the 1st to the 3rd deck, while others have a 2nd deck).

Adult tickets: For all adults and children 1.5m and above in height

senior ticket: No senior tickets available, all seniors must purchase adult tickets;

Child tickets: For children 1.2m (inclusive) to 1.5m (exclusive) in height or aged 6–13 years old.

Infant ticket: Free for children under 6 years old (exclusive) or under 1.2m in height. If bringing an infant, please add the infant's name when purchasing tickets (a free infant ticket must also be presented when boarding).

(1) The above flight times may be temporarily adjusted due to holidays or other special reasons, such as flight time changes or cruise replacements. In case of adjustments, please follow the notification from customer support or on-site arrangements.

(2) If you are bringing an infant under 1.2m in height, please declare it before purchasing tickets. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any losses caused by being unable to board the ship due to lack of tickets.

(3) Changes and cancellations are not supported after the order is successfully placed, as boat tickets are purchased under a real-name system.
