1. This tour is a group tour jointly organized by our company and local travel agencies; it is not a private group. While ensuring the promised inclusions and standards remain unchanged, our customers will be grouped with travelers from other agencies for a unified itinerary arrangement.
2. During the group tour, you are not allowed to leave the group early or drop out midway. If you choose to leave the group during the tour, any uncompleted itinerary will be considered voluntarily abandoned with no refund provided. Travelers will be solely responsible for any incidents that may occur after leaving the group. Your understanding is appreciated.
3. If the product includes a skip-the-line service, please note that during peak seasons or when there are many visitors, you may still need to wait in line. We appreciate your understanding.
4. In the event that an attraction/venue cannot be visited normally due to force majeure during the trip, the service staff may cancel or replace the attraction/venue after consulting with you, or provide an on-site refund based on the admission ticket price stated in the travel product (the refund amount may differ from the attraction/venue's listed price). Your understanding is appreciated.
5. During peak travel season or special circumstances, the departure time may be earlier or slightly delayed (the exact departure time will be determined by the service staff). Please be prepared in advance and we appreciate your understanding.
6. For this product, service staff may make appropriate itinerary adjustments (such as changing the order of attraction/venue visits or modifying meeting times) based on weather, traffic conditions, etc., while ensuring no reduction in attractions/venues and obtaining your consent, to guarantee smooth travel arrangements.
