The tour was excellent and organized, the ride lasts 2 hours and there is 1 hour of free time on the Asian side. I recommend it to everyone! Also, tea and water were included in the price.★

Everything was excellent. From the hotel pickup, dinner, the show, and the return to the hotel (the driver was incredibly attentive and professional). We had a wonderful time during dinner and dancing, and we enjoyed it even more than we expected. I highly recommend it!★

The palace is beautiful, and it's a joy to behold, but the service leaves much to be desired. The advertised audio guide only includes 11 of the 30 recordings you'll encounter in the palace. When I asked why, they said they didn't know! We were lucky to arrive at a time when there was no line, and buying a skip-the-line ticket turned out to be unnecessary.
