● The attraction consists of a zoo and a marine park. The zoo features an open-range predator zone where the driver will take you on a vehicle tour—please remain safe by keeping windows and doors closed at all times. The marine park is an animal performance area that requires walking to explore.
● The driver will wait for you at the hotel lobby at the scheduled time to take you to Safari World Bangkok. Upon arrival, the driver will help you redeem tickets (for guests with meals included, meal vouchers will also be redeemed together. Please keep all vouchers safe and do not lose them).
● The animal zone is a free-range area for wild animals and cannot be visited on foot. The driver will take you on a tour around the zoo by car, which lasts approximately 40 minutes. During the tour, you are not allowed to get out of the car or open the windows. If you wish to stop for photos, please signal the driver to stop. (If you choose to take the zoo's sightseeing vehicle, an additional ticket purchase is required, costing approximately 60-100 THB per person, subject to on-site pricing. Note that if you opt for the zoo sightseeing vehicle, you will not be able to enter the area with the driver's car.)
● Ocean Park is an animal performance area that requires you to enter on foot (Normally, the driver will take you to the zoo first. If the attraction is crowded that day, to avoid delaying your performance viewing, the driver may let you visit Ocean Park first and then take you on a tour of the zoo by vehicle. However, you must exit before 15:30 local time to avoid the zoo closing and being unable to enter).
● At the entrance of the marine park, you can find the daily performance schedule. It's recommended to take a photo for reference and arrive at the performance venues in advance. The park offers various entertaining shows daily, including orangutan performances, elephant shows, dolphin shows, bird shows, and more. Additionally, you can enjoy Thai folk dances, Papua New Guinea tribal dances, and American cowboy stunt performances. Please refer to the posted signs for showtimes and locations.
● When joining the trip, please avoid bringing valuables. Check and keep track of your belongings when getting on/off the vehicle and during the journey. You will be responsible for any lost items (Late return fee: 500 THB per hour or part thereof exceeding the vehicle rental duration, with charges applied for any period over 30 minutes).
