If the shooting service is completed before 18:00 on the same day, the raw photos will be provided within 24 hrs.

Service team

All packages in the product include one photographer.

1. If you're concerned that the photographer's work may not align with your aesthetic preferences, you can review the photos in the camera every 10-15 minutes to ensure they meet your expectations. Communicate any adjustments needed with the photographer. If after two discussions (within half an hour) you're still unsatisfied, please contact me promptly to terminate the service and receive a refund, preventing further losses for both parties. The same applies to makeup artist services.

2. A minimum of 60 edited photos per hour is the standard for a single person under normal circumstances (blurry, closed-eye, or unusable shots will be deleted). In reality, we usually capture even more—rest assured, the photographer won't idle or waste your precious time. Factors affecting the photo output rate are: 1. The client's performance (e.g., uncooperative children or time-consuming pose guidance). 2. Transition time between multiple scenes (travel from location A to B). 3. Group size, as more people naturally require additional time. We cannot guarantee the minimum quantity for these three factors—your understanding is appreciated. Raw photos are retained for one week. Guests who haven't received their photos should promptly contact the photographer or customer support to prevent any loss.

Since the photographer resides within the city, transportation costs within the city will not be charged to the guest. If the shooting location is in the suburbs, the guest will need to cover the photographer's travel expenses. The photography fee includes the photographer's transportation costs within the main urban area. For locations beyond 15 km from the local main train station or city center, guests are required to pay for the photographer's travel expenses. For specific rates, please consult customer support.
