How to use
[Install eSIM]
1. Open the QR code attachment in your Trip. com APP order, and print it out in advance or save it to another electronic device. (For iOS 17 and above, and some Android phones, you can directly save the QR code image to your phone)
2. Open Cellular (iOS) or SIM card manager (Android) in Settings.
3. With your phone connected to the internet, tap "Add Cellular Plan" (iOS) or "Add SIM card manager" (Android), then scan the QR code to install.
4. If scanning fails, you can enter the "SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code" from your order voucher to install.
5. If steps 3 or 4 fail, your phone might be locked by your home carrier (unable to use other carriers' network bands). You need to contact your carrier to unlock it before using the eSIM.
Set Up Internet

1. Turn off your primary SIM card and turn on the eSIM network switch.
2. Enable Cellular Data (iOS) or SIM card (Android).
3. Turn on Data Roaming.
4. If you still cannot access the internet after the above settings, please set the APN and restart your phone. See details below.
[About APN]
1. If you purchased an eSIM covering multiple countries/regions and cannot connect upon arriving in a new area, please manually switch the APN (normally it switches automatically).
2. Setting path: Cellular > Cellular Data Network, or Settings > Mobile Network > Access Point Names > Add
3. Enter APN: cmlink or orange
4. Restart your phone.
[How to Use a Renewal Order]
The renewal order will activate automatically after the initial plan's validity period ends. Do not scan the QR code to install again.
1. For plans with high-speed data that slows down after usage, the slowed-speed data will be used first until the initial plan's validity period ends. Restart your phone to start using the renewal plan.
2. For plans with high-speed data that stops after usage, restart your phone to start using the renewal order after the high-speed data is used up. To use the eSIM on another device, please click "Re-book", not "Renew". The renewed data plan does not support switching to a different device.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

[eSIM Usage Conditions]

1. The device supports the eSIM function.

Check method: On the phone dialer interface, dial *#06#. Generally, having an EID indicates eSIM support. If there is no EID, eSIM cannot be used.


2. The phone is not a carrier-locked device.

Check method: Confirm with your carrier whether your device is carrier-locked.

*Please check if you meet the above conditions before purchasing. The eSIM can only function normally if all conditions are satisfied.


[Setting up eSIM]

eSIM can only be installed under a stable network connection. Therefore, please plan the eSIM installation time reasonably according to the plan's validity period before departure (it is recommended to install and activate within 6 hours before departure). Avoid installing too early, which may cause the plan to expire prematurely and affect usage.


[Enable Data Roaming]

Please ensure the "Data Roaming" option for the eSIM is enabled.
