The guide was great and showed us everything, but the "get or guide" part was mentioned so small in the description that the summit wasn't included. It was clearly stated in the description above, so we had to buy the ticket again for $88.★

The tour was very interesting. We had a great guide (Jorge). He gave us valuable information about Ground Zero and the 9/11 Memorial. It was particularly moving when he described how he and a woman, who were practically there, experienced November 9, 2001. We went to the OW Observatory for sunset and experienced a fantastic sunset.★

Probably the best view I have seen during my entire time in New York! It was absolutely fantastic and fun! I would recommend going to the 9/11 memorial first and then go up to the 102nd floor of the One World Observatory.
