What is included in the package?
With the optional package, you can choose 3, 4, 5, or 7 attractions from any Dubai attractions included in the package. Arrange your itinerary according to your own pace, and you can choose which scenic spot you want to visit while playing.
Which tourist attractions do you need to make an appointment for in the package?
You can use the link in the e-voucher to learn whether reservations are required for the attractions included in the package. All attractions marked as "Reservation required" require advance booking.
What is the validity period of the Dubai Tourist Explorer Pass?
Upon entering and visiting the first scenic spot, your pass will be automatically activated. The free pass package is valid for 30 days after activation. For example, if you purchase a package for 3 attractions, after activating the pass for the first attraction, you need to use the additional 2 attractions included in the pass package for the remaining 29 days.
Can the Pass be refunded or changed?
If the ticket is not activated within 90 days of purchase, it can be refunded at any time. Once activated, it will not be refunded or changed. (PS: Activation refers to scanning the code at the entrance of the scenic area, not email activation)
Can each scenic spot be visited multiple times?
No, each attraction can only be visited once.
There are two ways:
- Download the e-voucher and scan the QR-Code by using
- Download the Go City App. Click on "Your Personal Magic Link" on the first page of the PDF confirmation received in the email, then enter the ticket purchasing email. Enter the 10-digit Order number in the app and bind it to the ticket purchasing email for use. You can then also use the QR-Code in the app at the attractions.
