Temporary registration guidelines
For some products, you may not be able to book a trip for the next day directly after 18:00 the day before departure. If you need to book after 18:00 the day before departure or on the day of travel, please contact customer support for assistance.
Group reminder
Before 9 PM the day before departure, the Sanmaoyou travel assistant will contact you to inform you of the specific meeting time and point. Please keep your phone accessible and arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time. The guide will lead the group into the attraction on time to begin the tour. Being late may affect your experience.
Child Policy
For safety reasons, we do not accept minors aged 18 and under to join the group tour alone. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when signing up. If a minor signs up alone, we reserve the right to refuse their participation in the group activity and issue a refund. Children under 6 years old are exempt from guide fees. Each adult may bring 1 child under 6 for free without occupying a seat or including headphones.
Purchase info
This product includes comprehensive fees for services such as guided tours and guide services. The guided tour service is available to all travelers, with the same price for visitors aged 6 and above. Please purchase the corresponding quantity based on the actual number of travelers. If the actual number of travelers exceeds the registered number, Sanmao Travel reserves the right to refuse participation in the group activity.
Group confirmation notice
A join-in tour product requires at least 2 participants to form a group. If the group cannot be formed, our staff will notify you before 18:00 on the day prior to departure for a full refund or rescheduling.
Ticket information
1. Some of our products offer "ticket-inclusive" packages. If you purchase a "ticket-exclusive" package, please book your admission ticket in advance to avoid any delays to your itinerary.
2. The "ticket-inclusive" package offers free admission ticket purchasing service, but we cannot guarantee 100% success during holidays and peak seasons. No notification will be sent for successful purchases - you may check the purchase result with customer support 1-2 days after placing your order. For failed purchases, we'll notify you on the same day and provide either a refund or rescheduling option.
3. Our agency will book adult tickets for "ticket-inclusive" packages. Passengers who need special tickets such as student tickets or senior tickets should prepare relevant documents and purchase them in advance.
4. To ensure smooth entry to the attraction, all visitors must provide their full name, ID number, and contact information when booking tickets for attractions requiring real-name registration. Visitors will be responsible for any losses caused by incomplete registration information due to their own negligence.
Group size requirements
Join-in tours have a maximum of 15 people per group during peak season and 12 people during off-peak season (excluding free-entry children). Private tour packages are customized based on different family needs.
