Data transfer and other functions were connected immediately. Since it was a SIM with a phone number, I couldn't figure out how to use the number, so I did some research. In the end, I realized that I had to complete personal authentication, and everything was fine, but it would have been nice if there had been a more detailed explanation of this point.
